Why is it that when there is money everyone decides to be your friend but when there is no money everyone distances themselves?

Is now days the world revolved around money?
I know things are pricy out there but why do people show their true colors around money?

Why couldn't life be simple ?
Why couldn't life have some instruction  manual so it should say " STOP" THEY KNOW YOU FOR MONEY....💔💔💔💔😒😒
